David Rankin
David is the founder of FCP. HIs vision, drive, and relentless energy drives our initiatives. He is the champion that encourages FCP to accomplish more than we thought possible, more than we thought we could afford, and more than most people thought was achievable.

Gerald Driggs
Gerald's extensive experience as the managing partner of Ground Floor Solutions focuses on producing financially sustainable organizations driven by mission. He has advised more than 100 nonprofit organizations in Pennsylvania using social enterprise to maximize social impact.

Robert (Rob) Heinle
Rob is a native of the region with a successful career in the insurance business serving this community. His entrepreneurial spirit and drive to produce community renewal and improvement are perspectives that inform the Board. He is committed to implementing FCP's vision.

Kathleen (Kathy) Linderman
Kathleen serves on the FCP Board as the representative of Central Church's Endowment Oversight Committee. As a primary financial supporter of FCP in its early stages, the Endowment Other Committee provided the resources to launch FCP's major projects.

Rev. Raphael Koikoi
Pastor Koikoi is a seasoned veteran in motivating people of faith to put their faith into action. He serves the Warren United Methodist Church in the Hill District of Pittsburgh. Previously he served UM churches in the Upper Allegheny Valley.

Jim is the Executive Director at Audubon Society of Western PA. He has been successful in all aspects of nonprofit management. His insights, organizational experience, and commitment to producing measurable impact are valued by FCP.

Charles (Chuck) Dizard
Chuck is a tried and true change agent, He has committed his life's work to social justice and equality. As a commissioner in Harrison Township, he influences policy decisions and direction. His role with the CDC is one of advisor and "voice of reason and experience".

Suzanne (Sue) Vertosick
Sue is the Executive Director of Extra MIle Education Foundation. Experienced executive with a history of working in non-profit organization management. Skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Event Planning, Youth Development, Program Evaluation, and Strategic Planning.

Rev. Sara Wrona
Pastor Sara serves the Leechburg First United Methodist Church. She is a bonafide example of a mission-driven advocate for improving the lives of her congregants. Her long-standing connection with Tarentum goes back decades. She provides hands-on leadership that inspires.

William (Bill) Herman
Bill is the Executive Director of the New Kensington Redevelopment Authority. He is a long-time resident of the region and has had an extensive career as a land-use architect and planner. His project management skills are especially valued by FCP.

Karen is the Executive Director of AVAC (Allegheny Valley Association of Churches), a coalition of more than 50 congregations pooling their resources to improve the quality of live in the Upper Allegheny Valley. Karen and her organization are difference makers.

Robin Bergstrom
Robin is a chemical engineer by training who devoted her career to Alcoa Aluminum in the Upper Allegheny Valley. Her disciplined approach to the details of any initiative makes her the perfect part of our governance team. Robin is also a small business entrepreneur in the area.

Pastor Bob provides an essential link between the congregation of Central Church and the FCP team. Pastor Bob helps the congregation connect their community outreach goals to the work of FCP through its various projects and ventures in the region.
