David Rankin
David is the founder of FCP. HIs vision, drive, and relentless energy drives our initiatives. He is the champion that encourages FCP to accomplish more than we thought possible, more than we thought we could afford, and more than most people thought was achievable.

Gerald Driggs
Gerald turns ideas into impact. His extensive experience as the managing partner of Ground Floor Solutions focuses on producing financially sustainable organizations driven by mission. He has advised more than 100 nonprofit organizations in southwestern Pennsylvania using social enterprise as their strategy to maximize social impact.

Rev. Sara Wrona
Pastor Sara serves the Leechburg First United Methodist Church. She is a bonafide example of a mission driven advocate for improving the lives of her congregants. Her long-standing connection with Tarentum goes back decades. She provides hands-on leadership that inspires and focuses FCP's priorities and allocation of resources.

Rev. Raphael Koikoi
Pastor Koikoi is a seasoned veteran in motivating people of faith to put their faith into action. His current assignment is serving the Warren United Methodist Church in the Hill District of Pittsburgh. Previously he served UM churches in the Upper Allegheny Valley and continues to provide direction and encouragement to FCP.

Karen Snair
Karen is the Executive Director of AVAC (Allegheny Valley Association of Churches), a coalition of more than 50 congregations pooling their resources to improve the quality of live in the Upper Allegheny Valley. Karen and her organization are difference makers.

Rev. Rebecca Reeder
Rev. Reeder is part of a new breed of religious thinkers, doers, and change agents. She is an ordained pastor with a progressive outlook on the role of the church in the community plus a individualized focus on personal growth and development of congregaints.

Charles Dizard
Chuck is a tried and true change agent, He has committed his life's work to social justice and equality. As a commissioner in Harrison Township he influences policy decisions and direction. His role with the CDC is one of advisor and "voice of reason and experience".

Robin Bergstrom
Robin is a chemical engineer by training who devoted her career to Alcoa Aluminum in the Upper Allegheny Valley. Her disciplined approach to the details of any initiative make her the perfect part of our governance team. Robin is also a small business entrepreneur in the area.

Rev. Robert Dayton
Pastor Bob provides an essential link between the congregation of Central Church and the FCP team. Pastor Bob helps the congregation connect their community outreach goals to the work of FCP through its various projects and ventures in the region.

Rob Heinle is a native of the region who has a successful career in the insurance business serving this community. His entrepreneurial
spirit and drive to produce community renewal and improvement are perspectives that inform the Board.

Kathleen Linderman
Katherine serves on the FCP Board as the representative of Central Church's Endowment Overasight Committee. As a primary financial supporter of FCP in its early stages, the Endowment Other Committee provided the resources to launch FCP's major projects.
